The Sea of Cortez is one of the most exciting places in the world where you can enjoy a variety of activities along the 37 islands covered with white sand beaches and a variety of marine life. Our camping experience takes you to enjoy activities such as snorkeling with the colony of sea lions, kayaking in the crystal-clear waters of the Sea of Cortez, and hiking trails to explore the natural beauty of the island. We also provide modern and clean facilities with the amenities you need to enjoy an unforgettable camping experience.

INCLUDES:

Tents, fresh water showers, eco-friendly toilets, beach chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas, shade canopy, solar panels, paddle board, and much more; and to make you feel at home, we offer delicious hot meals prepared by our chef, with varied menus every day and vegetarian options available; we also provide cold drinks (soda, water, juice) to enjoy while relaxing on the beach or in the shade.

ITINERARY AND DURATION

  • 08:00 AM - Hotel transfer to Marina Palmira
  • 08:30 AM - Distribución de equipo de snorkel y embarque en el barco para zarpar hacia el destino.
  • During your stay: enjoy the island activities with your guide and fellow guests.
  • Last day of the camping trip: after the last swim, our boat will arrive at the marina around 04:00 PM and transfer you back to your hotel.

Yes, you do. As it is a Natural Protected Area, there are a set of rules that must be followed and a permit must be obtained to stay temporarily on the beach.

No, it is installed seasonally and by prior reservation.

The water used for food and beverages is purified and transported to the campsite in jugs.

Of course, during the camping stay, there is Fun Baja personnel who take care of the general areas; and when the camp is taken down, park rangers are constantly monitoring the island.

Yes, both the camping permit, the boat, and all the furniture used to set up the campsite are owned by Fun Baja.
